01 My T-Mobile Redesign - T-Mobile's customer facing website
Project Goals:
Redesign My T-Mobile.com.
My process:
Complete redesign of My T-Mobile.com, T-Mobile's customer facing website. Optimized the customer flows, to make each transaction easier for the customer to understand. Gave the design of the site a fresh, new look. Deflect calls to customer care by providing more support information online. The target audience, tech-savy customers ages 25-40.
I was the lead on every step of the redesign process from wire frames, to user testing, visual design, and UAT. This was a team effort and I was responsible for determining who does what and approve all pages. Once wire frames were created and with less than a month for design, I managed the designers and the design process as myself and two other designers designed and redlined all 265 pages.
02 Checkout Page - Redesign from a 5 to 3 step process
Project Goals:
-
Reduce the checkout path from a 5 steps process to 3 steps.
-
Simplify information to create a better customer experience to help drive click through rates and conversion.
-
Refresh the design UI to match the recently designed T-Mobile.com.
My process:
Worked with a Product Manager to review business requirements and goals. Researched competitor's websites by reviewing their purchase path and checkout pages. Once direction solidified, created multiple wireframe layouts to get to the final user experience direction. I was also responsible for the final design.

03 Digital Reference Guide - "DRG"
A big part of my responsibilities was to manage and approve designs from outside agency resources.
To help manage the agency resources, I created the D.R.G. which contained online brand guidelines and company style guides to include everything from fonts, colors, photo guidelines, and copywriting tone/voice. I also provided feedback on agency designs/projects to ensure they followed the brand guides as outlined in the 79 page DRG.
Project Goals:
To create a digital resource guide that defines online brand style guidelines to be used by internal designers and agency partners.
My process:
Creating the D.R.G. was a collaborative process with many stakeholders involved from various aspects of the organization. Stakeholders included the VP of the creative team, Product Managers, Copywriters, and Designers.
04 Special Promotions - UX and Design
Designed many landing pages for special promotions throughout the site. I created the UX/UI for each page as well as the visual design and graphics. Each project was created in all break-points to include desktop, tablet, and mobile. Represented below are the desktop designs. I also created the social media marketing and promotional ads linking to each page.
