Lead Web Designer for both Disney.com and ABC.com. Managed 4 designers as well as the work stream for 13 other Production Artists. Ensured that all assets were delivered on time, met tight brand and spec standards, and that all creative elements were cohesive.

01 Show Redesign - ABC.com prime-time show websites
Project Goals:
Create a template to be used for all of ABC.com's prime-time websites, making the experience across the site consistent.
My process:

I researched each show to get familiar with each production's tight brand guidelines. I then did a content audit to create a content strategy proposal on what to feature.

After the content strategy was determined, pages were then sketched out on a white board with a team of Product Managers, the Producers of each show, and upper management.

3 different design proposals were created, each with different UI elements and presented to the Producers, who selected one template to use on a re-design of each prime-time show's website.

After the template was defined, I presented the template to all of the other designers, who then used it on sites they designed.
Also created social media ads, email marketing and campaign merchandise to support each brand.
02 Oscar.com - Re-designed Oscar.com
Project Goals:
Re-design Oscar.com, while simplifying the experience and making it more cohesive.
My process:
I interviewed stakeholders to determine the goals of the project and created templates to be used throughout the website.
Working with the Art Director, we completely redesigned the Oscar.com website, which was a super tight deadline to have it up by the Academy Awards.
03 Disney.com - Top level page re-design
Project Goals:
I designed landing pages in both animated Flash experiences and static HTML
My process:
I worked closely with the CEO, Art Director, and an Illustrator to gather requirements and understand the scope of each project. Taking the illustrations created by a teammate, I re-designed all top level pages of the Disney.com website. I came up with the overall design theme for each page, gave direction to the Illustrator, and then took the illustrations to create overall layout of the page/design. Each page had individual animations that I created as well using Flash.
